My experience at Gross & Sons was superb! My interactions with everyone were highly professional and personal. Several of the guys went out of their way to help me with my rental car arrangement through Enterprise and even had my vehicle driven to the dealership for its routine service before picking it up! Bill and Jeff made sure I was up to date with the progress of my car and had me back on the road in my own vehicle before the date originally projected. Exceeded my expectations!

Yes-satisfied with paint job but disappointed that someone went through my wife's glove box and console taking a pouch and glasses case but also taking her car insurance paperwork and car registration. The items hold no value but the paperwork could have been left by the thefts. I hope the team was counseled and an amnesty period to return paperwork or items taken. It cost us time to replace.
