My car looks just like it did before the accident. That's all I ask for, it was even detailed. I'm very happy and I'm happy I made the decision to go with these folks they are the best.

Dropping car off Monday @ 8 am and getting it back Monday afternoon of the following week for a ****,100 repair seems excessive. Also, I had to call to get updates and was never called by a Gross & Sons representative except in response to my calls. The finished product looks good but the customer service was much below my expectations. I was not planning to give any feedback but since you asked, this is my honest reply. Also, from my persoective, the text update service was useless because the only time it was updated was at the very beginning and after I picked up my car.

Unsatisfactory work. They used filler instead of replacing the fender on my truck and you can see and feel the horrible job. The tire had stuff on it, and the paint in some spots was not clean from doing the body work. The bumper cover has scratches on it already. I would not recommend at all to anyone. If anything I would tell them to stay away

Promised (on 2/11) "in a few days"; then promised (2/17)"Later this week"; then promised by Friday (2/19), Monday message: "running behind"; Tuesday message: took longer to reassemble". Finally got car back on Wed. 2/24 - 13th day.
However, everyone was courteous, the paperwork was minimal, and the car looks great.
