Roseanne did a nice job keeping me informed along the way.
The texts I received daily informed me of when my vehicle would be done. I would suggest adding a line that it is an estimated completion date & time and that an associate will call them when the vehicle is ready to be picked up. With these texts I was wondering if I would be receiving a phone call.
