My experience at Gross & Son was everything and more than I could have hoped. The team did an AMAZING job and I’m wholeheartedly satisfied with the finished product. I can’t thank everyone involved enough, but especially Roseann. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and had great communication. I am very pleased with my service. The repair was extremely quick and the staff was very friendly. When my car was ready, I was stuck in traffic trying to get there before 5pm so I called and they were willing to stay after hours so I could come pick up my car. When picking my car up, I was met with the nice surprise that it had been cleaned inside and out! I would definitely recommend your service to anyone!
