Trunk lid was misaligned upon pickup. This was adjusted after it was pointed out. Several scratches and chips exist on and around the trunk lid that did not exist when the car was dropped off. There are scratches around the brake light assembly that was pulled off at the shop. There is either dirt or polish behind the lenses. I was given three different completion dates via phone/email. The car was apparently rushed though and out well before the estimates. I am not at all happy with my experience in your shop.
