It took a little longer than originally thought and a little more expensive for the insurance but everyone was very polite and explained why the delay and added expense. I Appreciated the service with the car rental as well.

The fix looks excellent! The service was excellent! The only issue for me was I received an estimate with the clear impression that I would owe nothing. It stated that the customer would owe $0.00. Surprise when I pick up the car that I owe $100.00. My deductible is $100 but some auto shops have covered that cost. It is fine but still a surprise.

Very satisfied with the body work, however, it seems that after the work was done, my Yukon's Driver assist system is showing an error upon vehicle startup. This may be related to having disconnecting one or more sensors during the body work (this has happened before and I had to take the vehicle in to my GMC dealer to have the system re-calibrated).

Honestly, 9/10 experience. I’m “that guy” when it comes to my car. Repairs could have been better. Areas where PDR was performed now require polishing; At no point was I told this would be necessary.
It was great that auto craft worked directly with my insurance. That made it very easy for me.
