We wanted some extra things taken care of why the vehicle was in for repairs. When I called the adjuster to see if they were done as the car was going to be ready, they were not, he forgot. He did have one item done when we picked up, but not the other two. Our detailing was not charged since they were not done, but would have preferred the other items being completed.
