Let me start by saying that I am a person who writes letters. I write letters if I'm happy with service, and I write letters if I'm unhappy with service. When I embarked on this service experience, I was stressed out and over-scheduled, trying to navigate the insurance and repair process for a car accident that was not my fault. I called Autocraft Downtown because I had used them before and had a good experience. I first spoke with Melissa, who was friendly and business-like, she referred me to Chad. Chad was reassuring, professional, upbeat and helpful as he talked me through my options. My service contact was then changed to Jeff Coykendal, he handled everything from lining up a free car for me to drive, providing an estimate, addressing my concerns, scheduling and overseeing the work, and very importantly, communicating with me frequently. Did I mention that I am in the communication business? I recognize when someone is an exceptional communicator and I commend Jeff. To be honest, I had such an all-around exceptional experience with Autocraft and its staff, it left me to wonder how you have managed to hire such happy and capable employees, and maintain a culture of excellence. Yes, I am very happy with the repair on my Terrain. As important as that is, the most indelible mark on my memory has been the professionalism and service of the Autocraft staff. WELL RUN; QUALITY WORK ; VERY SMOOTH OPERATION !

I was happy with the periodic updates on progress but 3 weeks and 3 days seemed unreasonably long for the repair. Many others, including our fleet manager at work, expressed the same concern.

I received an email that my car would be ready at 4:36 PM and arrived around 4:30 only to be told that the car might be ready by 5:30 PM but probably not until the next morning. Otherwise, the work was great and the people were all very pleasant.

Great work, great experience, and will highly recommend!
