Everyone was great. I had such a great and quick experience with Redlands Auto Body. I was so upset that my vehicle was hit. I called a started my claim Friday at 5pm. That coming Monday 9:30AM Arron was already calling me to get my car into the shop. She worked with me and my hours. I had my two year old child with me running up and down that little hallway. Customer representative Cory was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in managing my repair by reviewing the work to be performed, providing accurate time frame for completion, and keeping in contact by phone and emails as to the progress of work completed. In addition the process was made seamless as the parts were ordered expeditiously and the work began shortly there after. He advised that he didn't want to keep my car **** unnecessarily. The finished product was excellent! The repair appeared flawless, the attention to like detail polishing the head light lens to near new, Armorall on the tires and cleaning the interior of the car was exceptional! Great job all around.
