Cooks was prompt in providing us an initial assessment apt. Then worked us in for the repairs within 48 hours. They found additional damage to the undercarriage upon removal of the rear bumper which required additional parts and labor but still had the car finished on time.

The repairs were perfect however, I am very concerned about the tears in my leather seats. I was aware that they were cracked when I dropped my car off but upon picking it up the seat was completely tourn to the point that the under cushion was visable. I know it was not like that when I dropped it off. I would like to see this addressed.
