I understand that it was probably a product of both the holiday timing and delays in ordering parts, but the length of time before returning my car was much longer than originally quoted. Initially over the phone it was estimated at 7 days, and later quoted at 12 business days. Overall, it took right at one month. So far, the repairs look great, but the wait was frustrating.

I liked that you sent status reports. It was a nice change from having to call, call, call over a period of time asking "when.....?". It did take longer than what the Farmers adjuster thought it would but because I was kept in the know it was not as frustrating as having to call everyday.
