The staff resolved a deductible charge I was supposed to pay upon pick up my car. It was a mistake not sure on whose part either the account payable, or whomever handles insurance payment. But if the young man in the service department hadn't looked thru folder for the appropriate info to state i didn't have to pay the deductible. Instead it was on other insureds insurance,i would have overpaid for repairs. Please be a little bit more attentive to details of insurance payment. The staff in customer service was very helpful and courteous. Not sure about ur accounting...
