I was given 7 different deadlines, and all were missed. I let each deadline pass and was only updated when I called in after the fact.

I took my vehicle to Century because I wanted my vehicle repaired expertly. The point of getting body work done is to make it look like it never happened. This is not the case. I also saw the vehicle had damage it didn't have before.
