Sending texts to tell me when you started the work on my car, several in-progress updates. and a final text when my car was completed... What a great idea! I didn't have to answer the phone or return a phone call to find out information about the car. When I picked up my car, all of the paper work was completed and it took five minutes to pay my bill and be on my way. I was thrilled that I didn't have to deal with the insurance company and any of their paperwork. My car looked brand new and perhaps the best surprise was that the interior of my car was as clean as the first day I bought it.
