Green had my vehicle for 5 ****/2 weeks (6/13 to 7/21). Originally promised in 9 days. After 3 postponed delivery dates I finally got it back today. An hour after I picked it up (and ****/2 hr after they closed!) something started rubbing in the front (drum, shoe, caliper??). Now I have to take it back tomorrow. No, I'm not happy with their service right now!!!

The repair ticket said 6 days. You received the car June 12 after Jackie said it would be there June 6 or sooner. Work started on June 19. My number one concern wasn't addressed until the car was almost finished and then there were 2 problems found at 2 different times so that was an additional 2 weeks. I picked up my car July 12. Shaun did get me a rental car as the time ran out for my other rental car and I was driving a car without air conditioning for two weeks. The original accident was May 4.
