I would have liked to had the option for me to acquire replacement headlight that were new instead of used parts which by the way was triple the cost of those I could have purchased, which includes a fender that should have been replaced that Green had no control over on the insurance but could have given the option for me to acquire a replacement. Overall Mike was a very helpful young man and I would recommend him anytime.

While I understand there were communication issues between Green, the insurance company and a third party... The end result was still me (your customer) receiving misleading and conflicting information as well as a refusal to accept my offer to just pay the supplemental charge myself. It is ridiculous that I had to take all of the steps I did in order to get my vehicle back when I did. Truly, **** is the one who reflected the correct approach. She LISTENED and did what she could for me while remaining in the realm of her authority.
