This is my second experience with Brannings and I can only give positive reviews. Your office staff is always polite and helpful and I feel that I was given an honest estimate. Since we were paying out of pocket this was important to me. Thank you for doing such great work on the repair. The car appears to be as good as new. I will refer friends and family to Brannings. They were very professional and explained in simple terms what was going to be done to my truck. I really enjoyed talking to Phil who examined my truck with me when it was time for pick up to ensure I was happy with the work that they did. The parts were replaced with genuine ford parts and my truck was even cleaned and cashed for me. My car actually smelled better than when I dropped it off. They took care of the small details I never would have thought of - replacing the oil change sticker, reinstalling my EZ in my windshield, and putting back my inspection sticker. All the glass from my broken windshield that went into my car was cleaned up. I was very happy with these guys.
