Car was delivered in a filthy condition from inside. The back seat was wet and I am afraid there is some water damage. I expected the car to be on better shape than the shape it was brought in. I did show the water damage to the person there but received no explanation and car was not cleaned even after my complaint.

As a Geico insured motorist I opted to use one of their facilities to repair my car but my work schedule made it difficult to set up an appointment. I was very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their schedule on my only day off. Everyone was very kind and courteous. I appreciated the ease of being able to drive my car there and have a Enterprise representative meet me with a vehicle as well as the communication options such as texting since I am not at liberty to answer my personal phone at work sometimes. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and I received an explaination of the repairs. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely use the service again.

The insurance adjuster made marks on the vehicle to show existing damage. When I picked my vehicle up I found some of the marks still on my vehicle. I was happy with the work but at least wash the vehicle before it's picked up.
