Chelsea and Tina were instrumental in my positive experience with Branning's. Chelsea was at the front of the lines, making sure I knew when my car would be ready and liaising with Tina to be sure her information was accurate. Tina walked me through all of the work done on my car to ensure I was happy with the final result. I hope I don't have any accidental damage to my car in the future, but I certainly will chose Branning's if I do. Thanks for the great customer service!

Having experience with several body shops in different states, I personally would prefer a conservative timeline estimated at the very beginning of the project, instead of being delayed three times or more.
That said, the quality of work seems satisfactory.
