My bumper was removed and replaced and painted. Unfortunately there was a small spot that needed to be repainted but they had to remove the bumper to do that. A little inconvenient to take back in but they redid the work and I'm completely satisfied.

The work was done very well, I have no complaints about that, however the car was promised to be done on the 23rd before 5pm, and I got text updates coordinating that. When I called at 4pm on the 23, to be sure it would be ready, I was told, oh no, we aren't even done reassembling it yet. I asked why I got updates saying it was on track when it in fact was not, and was told, oh those go out automatically. So in other words, if I had not called to check, I would have shown up to pick up my car that was not near ready. I was told it would be done by the following Tuesday, before 5. Once again, I called Tuesday, and was told no, it is still not done. So once again, I was not informed it was behind schedule until I called to pick it up. PLEASE update your customers accurately. Once again however, it looks wonderful.
