To begin, the front desk lady was able to answer any question I had, or was able to find an answer in the case that she didn't.
Larry was more than clear at explaining the advancments in the process my car was making. There were holdups to be expected...thats just life. I felt very safe with my car at 1st certified because any curveballs that were thrown I was made aware of, and in detail.
In closing, Mr Scott really **** the whole process with his thoroughness and attention to detail. I left the Hemet location with zero doubts in my mind that I was in good hands and my vehicle was restored to serve me and my family for years to come.

I must say the staff is very friendly and professional. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted kindly. I worked with Larry as he completed my inspection. Larry called me with updates on the status of the process of the work being completed on my vehicle. I called the office to let them know I would be a couple of minutes late arriving to pick up my vehicle Larry and 2 other staff members stayed and I was greeted with a warm smile and a hand shake.
