Hello to everyone at Duane's...I AM not only completely satisfied with the work preformed on my Mercedes CLS 550 but also the professionalism, attention to detail and the continued updating throughout the process. Clay did great work in keeping me informed and making sure I understood all of my options pertaining the damage being repaired. It is very off putting when you have a car vandalized, you feel violated and just want to get rid of the vehicle...but after seeing the quality of the finished product, it's like driving a new one off the showroom floor. If I ever have the need of repair (I hope not) again, Duane's will be my go to spot and I will definitely direct everyone I know there.
