The repairs and paint were flawless except for the fact one of your employees masked off a one dollar decal to paint and entire car after going to all the trouble of removing the bumpers, headlight, etc. Now I have to look at a perfectly painted car less the decal which is torn at the edges after removing the masking tape. What on earth were you thinking?
