Made it very easy to get my car in & fix hail damage. Got it done pretty quickly considering extent of damage and all the other people in town with hail-damaged cars right now. Mostly friendly employees, kept me updated on progress the whole time, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car before I picked it up. Car looks back to brand new and they kept the cost exactly at the insurance estimate. One thing that could have been clearly communicated early in the process was that Charlie Graham would not be doing hail damage estimates or making appointments for repair due to the massive influx of vehicles, and that everyone's first stop should be coordinating with their insurance agent, an their disaster teams. Informing us of this step in the process could have saved me significant time in overall resolution and repair time. Other than that, everything was fabulous. Thanks!
