The main concern I had was that my rental car was not reserved and I needed to come back later in the day to pick up the rental. There was also some confusion with my billing at pick-up and I ended up coming in the next day to finish my paperwork and receive my vehicle.
Neither of these experiences were a huge deal since I live and work within walking distance of the shop, but I would hesitate to recommend Charlie Graham to others for these reasons.
