There are a number of reasons. But the very last straw that now has me completely put out is that my left fender was not secured to my bumper in the repairs. Driving home from Keyes Mercedes this evening, I stopped to fill up my tank and noticed the left fender separating from my front bumper. I also noticed the estimate cites sublet work to Keyes for calibration and yet it wasn’t done by them.

Overall experience is good until unexpected issue happened after delivery.
I got tire pressure malfunction redlight on the way to work this morning right after delivery yesterday.
I took the car to tire shop and the technician told me it was because tire pressure sensor not tightened/fixed properly... I believed this was a mistake by your technician after working on tire pressure parts.
