The repair itself looks good. Scheduling the repair was ridiculously complicated. I scheduled an appointment via internet... which then resulted in a series of phone calls from the scheduling company who first said that the time would work, then they called back to say it wouldn't work, then I was shuffled from one rep to another until they admitted that they really didn't know what times were available, then they finally figured it out while I was on hold. These people are idiots. They are not helping you.
Otherwise, all is well.

This repair took too long. The GEICO adjuster approved the repairs on 11/12 and estimated two weeks. The actual repair took over five weeks. I still don't understand how a 2010 Nissan would be such a challenge to get parts quickly that also fit properly. We had delay after delay regarding parts and the estimated completion date changed many times. This made the experience very frustrating.

Good experience. Valencia pride auto needs some help. I've been to both places and the van Nuys is far better.
