I was concerned when the man at the front desk seemed surprised that I was getting receipts to pay the person who hit me back for the repairs after she pre-paid. My estimate from your shop actually went up but because I over-estimated my car rental she was due back some money. His surprise of my interest in doing right surprised me. He said it was great for my karma but I was not doing it for myself. She was an honest person and deserved to pay only what she was required to make her mistake correct. I would be very disappointed to learn that my estimate went up in one part but down in another and the decrease was not given back to me (to return to her). Please ensure all of your employees are aware of the power of integrity. Doing what's right for the right reasons is the only way to do business (and keep business coming back for more). I would seriously reconsider coming back to your facilities, though the work was done professionally and on time, because of this tiny clue into how some of your representatives do business.
