I was very pleased with the outcome of the repair and the continual updates provided by Alex during the time my vehicle was in the shop. Unfortunately the insurance company covering the repair was slow in providing final approval and the parts required to be ordered were somewhat delayed (Coronavirus lockdown period)which led to the extended delay, it was no fault of Pride.
