The day after I picked up my car I had a complete electrical failure on the vehicle. I traced it to the battery cables which one was lose and one was just resting lose on top of the battery post. This could have caused a fire under the passenger seat as well as an accident. Very sloppy and unsafe. Also two body clips on bottom of rear bumper were lose or missing. Finally when I picked up the car an adjustment was required which should have been done before I arrived. Basically sloppy work. I have used Pride three times and now am questioning whether I should again.

Repair took an unreasonable amount of time (and cost) for the kind of damage, however the repairs have been done with a good level of craftsmanship. Maybe the shop is overbooked and pushes back repairs of some customers to take care of others. No one was ever able to properly communicate the approximate time it will take to repair the vehicle when I brought it in 6 or 7 weeks ago... only a lot of “stories” about why they can’t do so.
