The repair was done very well. My only complaint is that it took so long. The damage to the car was really minor, at least from my perspective. I appreciate being kept apprised of the progress being made, but feel it should not have taken so long. I guess getting parts from Teslab was a bit slow, but once they were in I feel the job could have taken much less time. In the end, the repairs were done very well. Thank you.

My car was at your place for 5 weeks, recommended by Honda. It ook forever to start with the repair, which was NOT anything extraordinary, parts were not delivered for days, and the car stood there idling. So 30 days of rental OK'd by my insurance wnet by and the car was still not ready. I had to pay out of my own pocket for additional 6 days because they dragged their feet. Even this morning they said they had to order a part for the a/c that they broke and it would not be ready until Wednesday. Not until my son called and I voiced my opinion did they call back to advise that the part just arrived. What a coincidence. and the car would be ready at 5 p.m.. I had a jminor job done by you some time ago on another car was totally satisfied. Your work is excellent, but something went wrong with the timing and labor.
