The entire team at the Van Nuys location was phenomenal. Chris Glover was the shining star there. He was diligent in making sure i was updated along the entire process and made sure everything was 100% when delivering my vehicle to me after repair. Myeshaw was great! I would have liked updates from her more frequently but other than that she was a delight and always called back/emailed back to any questions I had. But..I HATED how long the repairs took!! A month and a half!!That was ridiculous. I'm sure it was Pride and my insurance company going back and forth but I think twice before returning to Pride.

The time it took to get the vehicle back was a little longer than expected and quoted. However the major dissatisfaction is that Mike did not address my concerns accurately. I requested OEM parts and even signed a supplemental document indicating that I would pay for the parts and he used used parts. I am very disappointed. I’ve used pride auto body for several years and only took my cars to this location because we have built a trust factor. The trust has been lost and I don’t know if I will use pride in the future at this point.

Previously, I had poor experiences with Pride and continued delays, delays, delays and most of them were unnecessary - I was told you guys were just busy. It took weeks, and once a month and a half. Even after that, everything wasn't done and I had to bring it back for more minor things they forgot. I was hesitant to come back to Pride and almost went to Toyota of NH (approved by AAA). However, CHRIS GLOVER made this experience smooth. He was on top of everything and delivery was as agreed. Give that man a raise!
