As a prior customer having experience with Pride, I voiced my concerns over the excessive final cost that far exceeded the initial estimate - for an accident that was significantly and physically less damage than any previous repair work. It took a longer time to repair the car for less work, and the need for Pride and AAA to max out the car rental allotment to the days was also noted.....I won’t be back.
I also reserved a car in Encino Enterprise but was advised I needed to go to Van Nuys, who THEY do business with. It truly felt that unnecessary repairs were implemented which ultimately will cost me, the insured, and other consumers higher rates. Left side had minor damage yet right side parts were replaced due to ‘re-assembly’. Not cool! I would discourage folks from using Pride in the future.
