The staff was really friendly and went beyond their way to make sure I had great service. This was the first time I had an accident, and each and every staff member walked me through the process of the service and repairs in a simple and timly manner. Ashley from the front desk called me often letting me know about my vehicle. Even went beyond for me by letting me use a loaner car instead of me having to buy a rental. Please let your repair team know that they did a great job on the repairs. Our van looks likes better than it did when we bought it.
Please let the rental company know that the van just stop running on me when we stop at a red light. It was up to tempture. It only happen one time but the recall said on ours it could happen when driving. We got a recall notace on ours for doing the same thing.

I appreciate the updates as things progressed, both from Daltons and the insurance rep. I also appreciate that the work was assigned to a good technician even if that meant waiting a bit longer. My wife and I both appreciate having a quality shop so close to us. No one wants to use a repair shop but things happen. We have used Daltons 3 times in the past 20 years, each time to our satisfaction. We do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
