I am totally satisfied with the work, how I was treated, everything.
Is there any carwax on the roof of my car to protect the freshly painted roof panel?
As a small suggestion, I think it would be helpful if you described the step by step procedure for accomplishing a work order. That way, the customer could have more of a sense of the process and where in the process we are.

All in all a good experience. Lights must have been disconnected as I had various maintenance messages when I turned on car. I take it I can discard. Also, I was told they would touch up some spots on my bumpers, but this was not done. He was being nice to offer it but still, he didn't do what he said he would do. Not a big deal in the end. Thank you. Your office staff was very competent.

Everything was so efficient. The car was ready ahead of the estimated time, and in less than a week. Pride was very informative throughout the process. I hope to not need Pride's services again anytime soon, but in the unfortunate event we do, I would definitely ask for Pride again.

All of my programed radio stations were lost, have to try to remember them to reprogram - inconvenient. Same with our programed seat positions and address history in navigation system.
Rubber Hood seal does not sit properly - told this will be fixed.
