All knew their jobs well and were efficient and pleasant. That includes Jamaka, who explained the process well, kept me informed, and minimized my time at the shop. I appreciate the company’s policy of seeking feedback. The number of emails could be reduced, especially the one saying that the work was “69%” complete, which meant nothing to me (and how could someone be so precise?) as all I wanted to know was that the work was either on time or early. I am also confused about the warning about the need to keep the new paint free of tree sap and bird droppings for a year. Recently, another shop replaced and painted the entire hood, without giving such advice and I’ve never heard about such an issue.
