My completion date was extended multiple times. Finally came to get my truck and the fender guards were not on completely. Still not. There are gaps of space around the fender guard. The entire surrounding is not consistent on either one. Asked them to redo it and they said they would use double sided tape. Went back today to get my truck and it's still the same. $50k 2017 Tacoma. And an auto body shop of all places should fix it. They said there was nothing they could do. Awesome.

The entire experience with Fix Auto was excellent. My car was returned to me ahead of time. They handled all the contacts with the insurance company and the rental car company seamlessly. I didn't have to do a thing. Everyone was very friendly and knew their business!
The only thing that would have made the experience better would be to not need their services at all!

I was kept very informed and the job was very well done. My only complaint is that I assumed my car would be ready for pickup before 5 since that’s when the shop closes but that wasn’t the case and I wish I had been given a vague idea of when my car would be ready so I could’ve been better prepared to pick it up. Otherwise, I’m completely satisfied!
