My car looks great but something has happened to my car alarm in the process of the repair. My car alarm goes off now when I open the door and doesn’t stop until I put it in gear and drive. I heard this happen twice in the lot while I was waiting. I am surprised and displeased that no one spoke to me about this. I will be calling on Friday to speak to someone about remedies - I do expect it to be taken care of.

Friendly staff, everything was taken care of through Fix Auto and Geico, all I had to do was drop off my car. They had a rental there for me, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, then called me when it was ready. I swapped the rental for my car, paid the deductible, and was off!
