Great group of professionals to fix the truck. I was kept informed during the entire process as to the status of the repair. Even though the repair was to the front end (bumper and parts underneath) they washed and vacuumed the car . Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. Apparantely I'm not allowed to express being disappointed without feeling like the victim in this situation. Got not one thank you and after your "manager" was able to rectify the situation he just stormed away from me. If that's how you guys like to conduct business then this is definitely my last time and I will make sure to let others know how poor of customer service and management you have there. Mind you, not once did I catch attitude but just displeasure with not being satisfied with what was a $2200 repair. Horrible horrible horrible. And I see I'm not the first to say this either. Just wish I would have known so I could have put the money into a person's hand that takes pride in their work and understands customers is what keeps them employed. Never again!
