I spoke and met with Jay from the beginning of my car repair needs. My expression was one of professional, knowledgeable, attenti8n to details, communication and care. Even with a few hiccups along the way Jay's communication along with his staff was on point and all concerns, issues and repairs were addressed with satisfaction. They even went the extra steps to secure transport to work and full car detail at delivery. Great work, management, team and delivery.

The car is great, but I was texted the car would be done on Friday Dec28 and then told later it would be Jan 2. I received a call on Jan 31 at 2:00 the car was done but could not pick up the car due to going away that dat

Well this is not my first time @nu car they did my last car and I was so happy They do really good work here!

I stopped by to pick up my truck after the repair & was very disappointed. First when I looked at the truck, the door was ajar. I went in & paid my deductible & the adjuster went out with me & explained very well what had taken place in respect to the repair to my truck. I told him that I wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the detail/clean up of the truck. He opened the door & the seat cover was stuck in the door, the reason the door was ajar. Upon further inspection, I saw that the Drivers door handle was sanded/buffed through the paint, so now I had damage to my truck that wasn’t there when I brought my truck in. I decided to leave the truck to get it done correctly. I was told the day before that my truck was done at the end of the day & I decided to pick it up after work the next day which means they had all day to wash the truck & inspect the job to make sure that it was ok to present to me , the customer. But that didn’t happen. I had my truck in your shop right after I bought it to get my Bumber changed out & they did a great job & had my truck washed & it looked great, that is why I came back. What happened to the Quality? If this was your truck, would you give your company a “ 10 “?, I doubt it . When I picked up my truck, it was washed, then I got inside & the mat on the Drivers side was very dirty, covered with residue from the sanding & prep work. I very was disappointed again. I was going to go back in & show someone but I figured what was to use. You need a inspection process in place after the job is done to make sure the job is good enough to to show it to the customer & that it is a job that you would be willing to say that I am proud of the job that we did for the customer.
