I didn't know it would be that easy. Between initial estimate, the rental car, and completion. The time it took me away from my job was very low. Enterprise, Nucar, and USAA worked like a well oiled machine in unison.

Need to come back for nick on bumper and alignment doesn't feel right still sways to the left. Also after calling Friday to make sure my car wasn't going to be ready for pick up was told it would not be ready til the following Wednesday . After letting enterprise know that I would need the rental until the following Wednesday I received a call from nucar at 450pm stating my car was ready to be picked up and they close at 5 but if I could get there by 530 someone would wait until I got there . So I had to call enterprise again find a ride and return the rental and rush over to pick up my car. When I got there it was dark so I really couldn't check out the car it looked nice as to what I could see but there is a small nick in the new bumper they replaced and the alignment doesn't feel right so I will be bringing it back to be looked at again

Excellent experience. My car was involved in a hit and run back in May. I was subpoenaed to court and needed an estimate of the damages. I called and they squeezed me in on the same day. Once the other insurance company gave me the go ahead I called to schedule a date to bring my car in. That's all I had to do. They took care of contacting the insurance company and even made arrangements to have Enterprise pick me up. My car was finished the next day and it looked great. Everyone was very friendly. Excellent example of teamwork.
