Not at first. This was scheduled 3 weeks before it was brought in for repair. This was done so it would be fixed while we were away for the week. Your email you sent said it never got started until thurs. and wouldn't be done until the following weds. This was very upsetting since I had to go out of town Monday morning and the wife needed a car for an appointment later in the day. I will say your rep. Michael K. did seem to understand my problem and appears to do his best to get the car to my wife by early that afternoon. On that point I will say I was satisfied with the situation. He did make a small adjustment on the bill because of the problem and I thank him for that.

The went over and beyond to assist me. The collision shop hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday. Unfortunately I work in NJ and my hours are 7-5:30. The worked around my schedule by coming in on a Saturday so I can sign all my paperwork and staying late Tuesday night so I can pick up my car. Thank you Nucar for caring about your customers.
