I still have several scratches that could have been fixed on the drivers door. There is some rust at the very bottom of the door but they never even tried to cover the scratches on the door or the edges where it had rubbed from the front fender damage. Mike was very "flip" when I told him I knew they could have done a better job; it was obvious that he could not have cared less that I was not satisfied with the job and walked away.

My srrvice person called and sd my car was completed, but a part was on backorder. Consider advising customers differentky, respecting a person's time as I was told "just bring it back a few days later for a quick install". That's a huge imposition and a rude assumption that people have thar flexibility.
When I picked up the car, it was dirty. When the person cleaned it to their satisfaction, there were smears on the windows. Who is spot checking to confirm total completion, satisfactory for customers. I had to take the vehicle back because I didn't know what was on the windows - It appeared scratched but it was bug smears...so was it really clean???? Disappointing to the least.
