It took forever (longer than originally estimated), and I felt like everyone I talked to was sweet talking me with a bunch of B.S. Instead of just saying that the place was super busy. Replacement part was a used part so it came pre-scuffed.

The car had not been inspected prior to pick up and i had to spot residue on the rear rubber step. When I brought it up I was "ordered" into the office and shown the before pictures of the car which DID NOT SHOW the issue. When I took the car in the fellow who checked it it marked damage to the windshield, hood and bumper... It's an almost brand new car .... He told me that "By Law" he had to mark that there was damage in those areas. I had to waste my time and speak to a manager and then call the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Also there was no regard for the time the customer was forced to spend waiting. It's a body shop... We're not checking into a hospital.

This was my second time bringing one of my cars to Pride in Mission Hills. I work on Haskell ave where there is a Pride auto body also, but since the customer service and work quality was so great I decided to drive the extra mile and take my car to Pride in Mission Hills once again. Martha and Todd really make you feel welcome. Martha does a great job on keeping you informed on the progress of your vehicle. I always refer my friends to Pride after my first visit in 2015.
