The vehicle was fixed and detailed in a meticulous manner. The time I spent waiting was minimal and I was updated on a regular basis on the progress of the repair.
One side note: The person that welcomes visitors is Meyesha. I cannot think of a better representative for Pride Auto Body than her. She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and excellent in every way. Thank you, Meyesha.

My car looks great! Thank you and to Matthew too. Only complaint is communicate a little more. At first and last it was great, but middle not so. I had called several times to find out if the car would be done by Friday or Monday and nothing, so I got worried since I was leaving town. A simple answer would have been great. But all in all, great service, great repair! Thank you.

The car was in repair for 3+ weeks which seems excessive to just to repair one door, change the keys, and detail the car.
When my car was ready for pick up there was a panel missing on the inside of the car that must have been overlooked by whoever inspected the car.
A phone carger was missing from the car when I got it back.
The outside of the car doesn’t look like it was washed thoroughly, especially the front bumper still has lots of specs of something on it (probably dead bugs).
I wasn’t given an estimated completion date until 2 weeks after my car was taken in. Once I got a completion date it was pushed back twice.
Very disappointed.
