The repair was completed early and within the quoted price. The car looks great!

Pride took one month to repair the car. It took too long in my opinion. The car also would not start the day after because the battery cable was completely loose.

When my wife called initially to bring our car in, we got a lot of negative push-back about dropping our car off on a Friday and getting a rental car instead of waiting until a Monday. Two different representatives talked "down" to my wife like she was stupid and wasting our allotted car rental days. She explained that Monday was impossible for her but Friday was completely open. Plus, one tire was partially compromised during our accident and I didn't want her driving on it. When she told me I was about to call and chew somebody out, but when she finally dropped the car off, everyone was super nice, helpful and accommodating. I bring it up because it's so contrary to the overall experience we've had with Pride the two times we've been there. Thank you.

The staff was very kind and professional. They allowed for an already stressful situation to be rather smooth of a transition. I also appreciated the assistance in arranging local enterprise to pick me up. Since I had insurance technicalities already managed, it was great to have a staff that made the office work and updates of repairs relatively pain free

Fast, courteous service and good interaction with my insurance company. There was some minor snags in communication between the Valencia and Ruther offices but were resolved quickly. The work on the car was very well done and completed ahead of the original scheduled date. Very satisfied.

While I understand things take longer then expected, it took almost 2 ****/2 weeks to get more car back. It took 4 full days until you were able to contact my insurance company with a supplement. I spoke to a representative today who normally works in your Mission Hills. He saw the car and said it should have not have taken as long to get fixed and that it should have been taken apart within no more than two days. I have used your Van Nuys location on 2 different occasions. Both time it took an extremely long time to get my car back. Since Pride does good work I decided to try a different location. While the car does look good it still shouldn't have taken so long to get it back. Also I was to get a better wash and was willing to pay the $29.95. When I came to pick up the car, they had not given me the upgraded wash and I was told by Melanie that it was on the ticket and she did not know why it was not done but she would not charge me for it. Plus the wash that I received was not very good. They did redo it and it was pretty good, but not the wash I had agreed to pay for. If I had not said anything it would have been redone. I would be very happy to discuss this with someone in upper management for your organization, not someone in customer service. Thank you Herb B
