Previously, I had poor experiences with Pride and continued delays, delays, delays and most of them were unnecessary - I was told you guys were just busy. It took weeks, and once a month and a half. Even after that, everything wasn't done and I had to bring it back for more minor things they forgot. I was hesitant to come back to Pride and almost went to Toyota of NH (approved by AAA). However, CHRIS GLOVER made this experience smooth. He was on top of everything and delivery was as agreed. Give that man a raise!

-The bumper was off and does not sit properly.
-I got the $200 car wash and the mirrors have water spots, the windshield shows streaks.
-the breaks does not feal right when I’m stepping it to stop.
-the buttons for the air conditioner right now does not allow me to press it for about a minute after i turned on the car. This is very concerning.

I am please with the paint job done on my RAV4. I appear a perfect match! I see furtherbinto the season when rain arrives in the quakitybof the glass that was removed and reinserted that there is no water leaks- that was my main concern.
Mike was great with following up with the progress every step of the way. He would call or email ever couple of days- which was great! I loved being updated about the progress and any question I had- he was always able to address my concern. Thank you so much! I will always continue to refer people to your body shop.
