I dropped my truck off for repairs along with the preliminary check from Allstate. I explained that I needed my truck back quickly for a construction project. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on progress and when they found additional damage they delt directly with Allstate, and got it paid for.

The millage is written down when the car is dropped off, it should also be confirmed when the car is picked up. There was a bag of pomegranates in my car and I know I didn't leave a thing in my car except a picture in the center console. However, getting the updated emails as the car was being repaired was great.

Carlos was great and made sure everything was taken care of. Monica was very kind and made arrangements for a loan car. The only problem was an oversight from State Farm adjuster who missed the hood damage. Perhaps Ford Auto body could have seen that and pointed out to them. Other than that I am very happy. Hello. The color looks good, but the metal trim on the front door doesn't line up with the back door. Also, the gap between the front and back door appears a little wide. Definitely not as good as the last time I brought my car to Pride, several years ago.

I'm sure it will be a "yes" shortly. The exterior section that was damaged in the accident looks great. But when taking possession of the car and looking at the inside, I noticed that the driver's seat was askew. Apparently at some point in the repair process of the exterior, the drivers seat was forced into a crooked position where it remains. I look forward to receiving a call from Jerry soon as to when this will be fixed and I can come back to pick up the car to complete the transaction.
