YOU GAVEIT BACK A DAY EARLIER THAN PLANNED WHEN I COMPLAINED SO I AM SURE IT HAD BEEN JUST SITTING THERE. I INTEND TO VOICE MY COMPLAINT TO LIBERTY MUTUAL AS LAST TIME YOU HAD MY CAR FOR A MONTH. WHAT A SCAM.
