Repair was great and Manny was a great service advisor. However my only complaint was that when I picked up my car, the cover that you push down to cover the drink holder near the center console won't stay closed anymore. When I took the car in it would stay closed.

Manny Berumen was our contact at Pride on Oxnard Street. He was excellent! I have never received such professional service at our previous body shops. Manny kept in contact with our representative at the Auto Club, which was so helpful as we were out of town during the days that the shop worked on our car.
An accident had knocked off the front bumper on our Honda Civiic. The repair work at Pride was exceptional. They even put on a new H on the front of the car. The car looked brand new from the front. Everything was perfect.
We would definitely do business with Manny and Pride Auto Body again.

My car was hit and the insurance allowed my to pick an auto body I was comfortable with. The damage to my car was on the bumper. When I took my car in so they can take pictures of the damage. A ford auto body employee asked if I could move my car because he needed to get through. the second employee (which was one taking the pictures of my damages) told him if he could wait because I was only going to take a minute. The employee taking pictures of my car said to the first employee "**** you". I found that very disrespectful because I am a customer and I believe all employees should be professional in the workplace. When I dropped of my car on Monday (9/15/2014) I asked the receptionist that I had a scratch on my front bumper if there was any way it could be repainted. She said she would let them know and she even marked it on the paper. I asked her if I had to pay for anything out of pocket and she said no because there would be extra paint left over. When I picked up my car on Monday (9/22/2014) the scratch on the front bumper was not fixed. I was not satisfied with my experience because I was promised something and it was not completed and also when employees are not professional it's also disappointing.
